1. Summary
 TK4850 series is a series of high-efficiency testing instruments specially developed to address the problems of complex wiring, difficult handling, low testing efficiency, and high cost during the on-site testing of existing off-board chargers.
TK4850E is one of the all-in-one portable instruments specially designed for on-site testing of off-board chargers of electric vehicles. The instrument integrates a small DC load, supports load expansion, and supports using new energy vehicles as loads. The instrument is operated through a wireless tablet. A single device can complete the working error and clock time error test of the off-board chargers. It is easy to carry and a single person can easily complete the on-site verification of the off-board chargers.

2. Features

  1. With a built-in 8 kW DC load, a single device can test the off-board charger.
  2. Supports load expansion and can be connected to an external high-power resistive load for testing.
  3. It supports using new energy vehicles as loads to measure accumulated electric energy during the entire actual charging process, and supports the verification of Tesla chargers.
  4. Wide dynamic range measurement technology avoids measurement risks caused by charger output fluctuations.
  5. The ms-level electric energy refresh speed reduces the error caused by the asynchronous accumulation of electric energy between chargers and standard instruments, and improves the measurement accuracy of accumulated electric energy.
  6. Integration: A single device integrates the power measurement module, charging control guidance circuit, 8 kW DC load, etc., and a single device can complete the working error verification of off-board chargers, effectively improving efficiency.
  7. Fixed power: The system can preset the charging power and automatically control the start and stop of the charger.
  8. Ripple measurement: It has the function of measuring voltage and current ripple.
  9. Clock verification function: real-time clock display, which can complete the clock time error test of the charging pile.
  10. Temperature probe: A wired temperature probe is standard, which can complete on-site temperature measurement.
  11. Bluetooth temperature and humidity meter (optional accessory): An optional Bluetooth temperature and humidity meter can be connected to a tablet via Bluetooth to complete on-site temperature and humidity measurements and automatically record data.
  12. Traceable calibration: with dedicated calibration terminals to facilitate instrument calibration.
  13. Wireless tablet operation allows you to save on-site information by taking photos and complete automatic testing.
  14. With its own display screen, the working error test can be completed directly on the lower computer display screen.
  15. High reliability: The load uses high-reliability alloy resistors, which support 8 hours of continuous full-load operation. The equipment will not experience abnormalities such as overheating, and at the same time ensure accurate measurement.
  16. Safety protection: equipped with overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, abnormal wind speed protection, and emergency stop switch;
  17. Portable: With the built-in load, the weight and volume of the equipment are minimized, and it is equipped with special retractable pull rods and rollers, so a single person can easily complete on-site inspections.
