TH0150 Wide Frequency Voltage Divider

1. Summary

TH0150 is a set of wide frequency voltage dividers with 9 different ranges, the nominal input voltage of 10 V~1 kV can be converted into a small voltage of 1 V to realize the voltage measurement of wide frequency or complex waveform, which is suitable for calibrating wideband voltage sources, voltmeters, voltage dividers, transformers and other equipment.
 

2. Features

  1. Frequency: DC ~ 100 kHz.
  2. Optimal proportion uncertainty of DC: 20 ppm.
  3. Optimal AC/DC difference: 5 ppm@53 Hz.
  4. Optimal Phase displacement: 2 μrad@53 Hz.
  5. Nominal output voltage is 1 V (other voltage values can be customized).
  6. Type A is a passive structure design with better AC and DC indicators.
  7. Type A can be externally connected with buffer to obtain the best measurement performance.
  8. Type B adopts battery power supply, which can improve common mode rejection ratio and reduce noise.
  9. Type B built-in precision buffer.
  10. Optional instrument box.
 

3. Applications

 Calibrating Wide Frequency Voltage Source / Voltmeter.

  1. It can be used with TH2000 (vector voltage analyzer or high-precision digital meter) to realize precision wide frequency voltage measurement, and is used to calibrate wide frequency voltage source and wide frequency voltmeter.

  1. It can be used with the voltage proportional measuring device (TH2000 vector voltage analyzer) to calibrate the wide frequency voltage divider, transformer, sensor, and realize its proportional error and phase error.

  1. It can be used with TH0400 (coaxial shunt) and TH2000 to establish a wide frequency power/electric energy precision measurement system, calibrate wide frequency power source, wide frequency power meter, power analyzer, etc.
