1. Summary

TS1710 is a special instrument for measuring the surface insulation resistance (single-sided) or interlayer resistance (double-sided) of electrical steel sheets. The reference standard is IEC60404-11.


 

2. Features

  1. Fully automatic feeding - turning over - testing - data uploading - unloading.
  2. Automatically measure five different test areas, the front and back sides do not overlap.
  3. 24 hours of uninterrupted operation.
  4. The conventional method is manual feeding, and AGV and other feeding methods can be customized.
  5. Guarantee personal safety, functional safety and information safety.
  6. Reliability, fault tolerance, upgradeability and easy maintenance.
  7. Data fusion and sharing, data comparability and consistency.
  8. Built-in precision DC stabilized power supply and precision DC current measurement unit.
  9. Equipped with standard resistance circuit board for daily verification of the system.
  10. An optional code reader can be used to automatically scan the code. (optional)
  11. Transparent shielding enclosure: to ensure the safety of operators, and to observe the internal test situation from outside.
  12. Warning light: green light when working normally, red light when abnormal state.
