1. Summary
TY2500 Multi-Probe Surface Magnetic Distribution Testing Device is suitable for measuring the surface magnetic distribution of permanent magnet rotors in wind power generation systems. The system uses 48-channel hall probes to sample simultaneously, and controls the sensing distance between the probe and the rotor through horizontal and vertical movement. The frequency converter drives the rotor to rotate to scan the magnetism of the rotor surface. The PC simultaneously draws a 2D diagram of the surface magnetic field distribution. After the test is completed, it can output the 3D diagram. The computer can display, print and store measurement data, curves, magnetic field distribution diagrams and test reports, etc.
2. Features
- The test host integrates a 48-channel Gauss meter, with a measurement range of 0 to 2000 mT, a minimum resolution of 0.1 mT, and a measurement uncertainty of 0.5%.
- The Hall probe integrated board integrates 48-channel Hall probes for magnetic field measurement, with a single-channel sampling speed of 100 points/s.
- The sensor chip of the Hall probe is encapsulated by wear-resistant material, which is elastic and not easy to break.
- The multi-probe test platform uses a marble platform as the base plate. Each axis uses imported stepper motors with limit protection. The guide rails are made of aluminum non-magnetic material and are precision machined. The adjustment position during the test is precise and easy to operate.
- The motor control device can control the movement of the Hall probe integrated board in the Y-axis and Z-axis through a stepper motor to perform fine-tuning and find the best test point.
- A laser rangefinder is installed at each end of the Hall probe integrated board (the distance between the rangefinders is adjustable to adapt to different sample sizes) to test the distance between the Hall probe integrated board and the motor rotor under test. Use two distance meters to ensure that the Hall probe integrated board is parallel to the rotor under test.
- All equipment is placed on a movable testing platform. The four legs of the testing platform are equipped with rollers and can be fixed by anchor bolts to facilitate the operator to push the platform to determine the testing station.
