1. Summary
TS5400 is a core volt-ampere characteristics measuring instrument that applies advanced digital signal processing technology. It is a special instrument for measuring the volt-ampere characteristics of transformer cores based on the voltammetry method. It is used to measure the induced voltage generated by the iron core or magnetic core winding a turn of coil at a specific operating frequency and operating current. Input the parameters of the iron core and measure the magnetic parameters such as magnetic induction intensity and magnetic permeability.
Main application: rapid measurement of the volt-ampere characteristics of amorphous cores, silicon steel transformer cores, ferrite cores, leakage transformer cores, etc. Equipped with a single-turn test tool, the iron core can be tested in batches, and with the over-limit alarm function, it can quickly determine whether the core's volt-ampere characteristics are qualified, avoid unnecessary waste in subsequent winding, installation and other processes, and ensure product quality. It is suitable for complete inspection of products, and can also be used as a general AC constant current source or AC millivolt meter.
